Terms & Conditions
Students must have a legal copy of Microsoft
Office product(s) preinstalled on student’s PC. All training provided on
student’s computer hardware. Any necessary installation of software
(legal copies only) by trainer will be deducted from training time.
Please have computer, printer, and software in proper running condition in
advance of lessons. Internet service not required but recommended.
Trainer will provide services as described in
the Customer
Agreement for the number of students, hours and
rate indicated.
Training sessions will follow instructor’s formal agenda. Though every
effort will be made to answer all specific student questions, student(s)
will not control the agenda or order of topics. Sessions are highly
interactive, and are not designed to simply provide help for individual
problems.
Payment is due in full immediately at the
conclusion of the session. Cash or check accepted.
If the session is cut short for any reason
outside of the instructor’s control, customer will pay a prorated portion
for the session in 30-minute minimum increments (i.e. 37 minute training
will be charged 1 hour rate).
Satisfaction guarantee: Student
may cancel any session within the first 30 minutes at no charge to
student.
Optional additional time provided as stated in
the Customer
Agreement in 30-minute minimum increments. Provided at
instructor’s discretion.
Above rate
strictly applies to the number of students indicated. Only
the number of students indicated may attend or otherwise monitor the
session(s), whether in person or by any other means.
Training will be provided in the customer’s
residence or business unless otherwise noted in the special instructions
section.
For PC service, if your data cannot be safely
backed up for any reason, some or all data may be lost permanently. Every
effort will be made to safely back up or copy your important files.
We are not responsible for hardware failures
during service.
PCTS will only install legally licensed
software. |
